
Submission Guidelines
I. Content & Format
1. Work Requirements
Submitted works must be either fully AI-generated or created with significant AI involvement.
• AI-Driven Creation: Works should be entirely generated by AI or feature substantial AI participation in the creative process, including but not limited to: AI-generated video, AI-generated imagery, AI-generated music, AI-assisted scriptwriting, AI-based visual effects, etc.
• Hybrid Works: Live-action and AI-generated elements may be combined. In such cases, a brief statement (max. 300 words) must be included in the submission form, explaining how AI technologies were used and the proportion of AI content.
2. Genre
All genres are welcome — narrative, animation, documentary, experimental, commercial, etc. There are no restrictions on form or style.
3. Language
For any dialogue that is not in Chinese or English, subtitles in English are required.
4. Security & Originality
All submitted works must be encrypted and watermarked. Finalists will be contacted for further communication regarding additional requirements.
II. Technical Specifications
1. Resolution
Minimum resolution: 1080p.
Accepted formats: MP4 or MOV.
2. Duration
Both micro-short and feature-length works are accepted.
Suggested maximum runtime: 30 minutes.
For feature-length submissions, please notify the organizing team in advance for scheduling purposes.
3. Originality Declaration
All works must be free of copyright disputes.
By submitting, participants grant permission for non-commercial screenings and promotional use of their work.
4. Supplementary Materials
Required:
• A brief synopsis of the film
• Key creative credits (e.g. director, producer, screenwriter)
Optional:
• Poster
• Director’s note or creative statement

🎬 Selected entries from each regional competition will advance to the final round at the Silicon Valley headquarters in California.
🎯 Eligibility
I. Who Can Participate
1. The festival welcomes all creators who explore imagination through AI, regardless of professional background or prior experience.
2. Creators of all ages are encouraged to participate.
If a participant is under 18 years old (or under the legal age of majority in their country/region) at the time of submission, a Parental/Guardian Consent Form must be submitted along with the entry, signed by a legal guardian and accompanied by valid identification of the guardian.
Entries from minors without a completed and signed consent form will be considered incomplete and will not be eligible for judging.
